We went there on 10/10 with a party of 16 people split up by half adults and half children. The service was timely and friendly.... The food was very good and good proportions, and the atmosphere was great. Good place and the right price, I'll be back. It was pleasant. Greeted and seated promptly. Had a couple of minutes to eyeball the menu. It wasn't enough. Waitress brought... the drinks and gave us a couple more minutes. Ordered the vodka penna and chicken parmesan. Way too much food to eat by oneperson. It was very hot(temp) and yummy. We couldn't get through to the middle. It was an experience. Very yummy. We stopped coming in for awhile due to terrible management. I recently heard there was a new General Manager so I decided to... give it another shot and had dinner with my two children. We had a Large pizza, and two pasta dishes. The food was AMAZING ASALWAYS! Rita was our server and she was great. She was very attentive, sweet, and professional. We were also greeted at ourtable by the New Manager Anthony checking in to make sure our dinner was prepared well. Anthony was very professional andpersonable. I told him about our previous visits with the old management and he assured me that he would always do his best tomake sure his management team and staff are on point. This is for TAKE OUT. Went in to order 4 slices of pizza for my wife and I. I asked the cost of the slices, individual at front... didn't know how to look it up. He called over the manager who asked me if I just wanted a small pizza instead and I asked her ifit was the same size and she said just about. However I've had their slices before and this us about may 2-2.5 slices and with a2 dollar tip paid 18.10 cents for a 10 inch pizza. Not loaded with pepperoni either. Can't help but feel a bit ripped off. Nevermind I waited 15-20 minutes for the pizza. Was in a time crunch and that's basically why I was ordering slices. Pizza isOK. Not cooked particularly well. It looked like two servers were running the entire restaurant when we arrived but they were flying! Mikey was very attentive... and quick. We ordered a pizza and appetizers and were very pleased with the food. The barebeque sauce on the chicken strips wasabsolutely out of this world. My husband couldn't stop talking about it the entire trip. The pizza was delicious, crispy, andflavorful! When my husband and I travel back to the Boston area, we will definitely make a stop to Polcari's. Read more
