I EAT at Mike's Pizza & Roast Beef 2 times a week, every Wednesday I get the pasta the specials, great deal obviously,... everything is always fresh and they give you a large warm garlic bread can't beat it...???? Then on Friday or Saturday I eitherget the TRIPLE Decker club sandwich with all the fixings and there awesome Steak tip salad with all the fixings, the food isGreat the service is Great the people that answer the phone are very kind especially the young woman... Ordered from here last night with my mom since she was craving an Italian sub and we wanted delivery. She got her Italian and I... get the gyro. She enjoyed her sub but noted that the cold cuts were cut thick. My gyro however??. I am 99.9 % positive that themeat was frozen. It was that ground meat texture that was formed into identical oblong shapes, each piece was the same, not asif it was made fresh whatsoever. It also says that it is ?grilled strips of beef? which isn?t ?inaccurate? but misleading. Itwasn?t homemade made which was obvious and disappointing. The food is so good! I had the chicken kabob dinner, the rice is not soggy or greasy like at some other places, and the chicken... tasted fresh and well seasoned. The French fries are crisp outside and tasty and soft inside, my son?s chicken & broccoliAlfredo ziti looked really good; good amount of sauce, broccoli was a nice fresh green color and the pasta wasn?t over cooked,he loved it. The pasta came with toasted garlic cheesy breast which was incredible! The only thing I wasn?t crazy about was thepotato salad; it wasn?t bad but it didn?t hit my craving for it so I?ll probably order a different side. We didn?t try dessertthis time but the ice cream place they?re connected to is one of our favorites which is how we found Mike?s. We kept smellingdelicious food from Mike?s when we?d get ice cream and kept telling ourselves to eat lunch or dinner there. It a really goodamount of food, the medium fries is a large anywhere else. This is a great spot for delivery and delicious food. We got a bunch of things and found it to be really good. I think the... chicken fingers in particular are extra special (I suspect home made). Mike's is very consistently okay. I think the best thing they do are their roast beef sandwiches, which aren't super flavorful... but they are satisfying. I also love the ice cream place that's attached to this business. I recently ordered the turkey clubwith an order of steak fries, which came out to $14. That's pretty steep for what you get. The club was satisfying but nothingspecial, and I probably wouldn't get one here again. The steak fries were wet and limp when I got them, but they tasted prettygood. I put them in the toaster oven when I got back and they were overall decent. Read more
