The drive through is a nightmare. Very poorly designed. Slow service, literally burnt filet-O fish, undercooked limp fries. All... poor quality and this woke company provides a chefs salary to anyone walking through the door looking for a job. HorribleMcpukes!! Read more
Frequent issues while with using the McDonald's app at this location. Oddly enough, codes they say are not valid or expired will... work just fine at another location 5 minutes down the road. Would not be surprised if management instructs the front counter toreject the use of these offers as they see fit. On top of this, the restaurant frequently appears to be understaffed for theamount of traffic that they get. Avoid the drive-thru (and this location, really) if at all possible. Most horrific McDonalds experience you can ever go to. No one speaks to you and absolute utter chaos with the drive through. No... instructions to let you know mobile orders are not as important as door dash. Waited 30 mins in the drive through ridiculous weended up driving off. Ordered a meal with large fries and two additional large fries for what should have been a total of three large fries. What I... got was three large fry containers with two medium and one small amount of fries in the respective containers. With large friescoming in at about $5, I was robbed. I haven't had issues with this McDonalds in the past, but if this how things are going tobe then I'm done. Read more
