I am giving 5 stars bc of the customer service I received from Mike at this location. I accidentally ordered from this location... on the app. I immediately recognized my error and called the store to ask them to cancel making it. I figured I'd probably haveto just pay for my order at the correct store and was out the money. Mike told me to just show that I had paid on the app atthe correct location in Burlington and said it was one of their stores. When I arrived at the Burlington location maybe 5 minslater, the manager let me know Mike had texted her about my situation and that it was all set. That means he texted right away.And cared enough to make sure everything was good. I've been having a ROUGH couple of weeks personally and at work. Smallthings like someone going out of their way like this means so much and totally put a positive spin on the morning. Mike mightnever read this, but if he does...THANK YOU! They never ever get the order right... And this is sad because I always get the same thing and it's simple - a hot coffee.... Whether you order in person or via the app it makes no difference. Other Dunkins never have this issue... Also beware that onetime one of the cashiers handed me a coffee without the lid attached properly and it spilled all over my car seat, needless tosay I was very annoyed... Read more
Staff is nice enough, but multiple times when I have gone I did not get what I ordered. I have also been sitting in the drive... through for at least 10 minutes while all of the staff is laughing or goofing off incessantly. Once again, this has happened onmultiple occasions. Read more
