I would give ZERO stars if possible, I ordered DoorDash after my sons football practice, I was not only missing food, and... sauces, and wrong items given but they didn?t cook the wings all the way. This is was they sent my 4.5 year old son to eat,raw/undercooked chicken. Would recommend staying clear. Read more
1st I was told that it was policy not to serve mobile orders through the drive through, but that is the purpose of a mobile... order to me...not to have to get out of my car. 2nd I understand that I ordered extra crispy, but I was expecting some chickento go with the breading. Absolutely dry and not much meat. I was actually looking forward to eating my coleslaw for a littlemoisture, but alas...it was made without dressing. Cabbage and carrots without dressing was very disappointing. At least thebiscuit was good...but that's supposed to be dry!! Read more
We love the flavor of KFC and we have been satisfied with the Wixom location. However? WARNING: Be aware. The last time we... ate there we received a few packets of Honey Sauce. We didn?t use them then and I thought I would use them on some toast justthe other day. First, the packets were so hard to open I could only squeeze the sauce out with difficulty and getting it allover my fingers. Second, something just didn?t taste right. I should have know when the title called it ?sauce? and not purehoney. I love honey and this tasted awful. The ingredients are: corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, honey, sugar, naturaland artificial flavor. Next time we visit there, I will not ask for the honey sauce and I would not recommend it to anyone. Maybe they have jam for their biscuits. Read more
I ordered a variety 12 piece dinner. It specifically said on the receipt and menu that it would have 3 breasts. Well, there were... none. I have some white meat only eaters in my family so this mistake ruined dinner for them. Also, the chicken was old, someblack and burnt looking and tough . To top off the horrible experience the ?large? sides were very small. Unless the portionshave suddenly got smaller they shorted us tremendously. I just moved back to the area and I am very disappointed in KFC. I hadbragged that it was good here, now I have egg on my face! Read more
Ordered chicken from here? 125 pieces? for our daughter?s Open House graduation party. Wow! This chicken was amazing and... everyone raved about how delicious it was and not dry. Tahnia arrived early to prepare this for us and was so helpful from thebeginning when we placed the order until the day we picked it up. I don?t know what was worse the chicken or the customer service. I have tried numerous of times to order freshly cooked chicken... and I get old, hard, and overcooked meat. This location is by far the worse and today is the last day I will ever go back. Justletting you all know that if you are looking for good chicken DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Read more
