Lobby and dining room are closed, and they're probably facing typical labor challenges like other places these days. The staff... was friendly but unfortunately I was given the wrong food and didn't realize until I got home. I'm a huge BK fan but they needto work on ways to make sure people get the right food. I should?ve known my food was gone be a problem , because while I was ordering my food the cashier taken the order told me the... deal 2 for $10 meal wasn?t even on there menu which it was, so he wasn?t familiar with the menu because I ordered two baconking meals medium combo and there were no bacon on the whooper , the meat was old and cold , the fries were black at the end onmajority of them . It look old and with black mold or wasn?t kept in the freezer long enough so it had gotten old and the cookdropped the fries anyways. I would never eat at this location EVER again . Read more
