Never ever go to this particular "branch" of this restaurant. They mess up online orders every single time. They refuse to take... responsibility for their mistakes and try and pass the buck for it with excuses. They can not follow even a simple instructionsuch as NO MAYO. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE Go to one of the other branches of this restaurant in town. AVOID the Expresswaylocation at all costs. Read more

I will never go to Subway again. I ordered a veggie delight and did not order sauce due to being on Dialysis. We'll the worker... smothered it in miracle whip therefore I could not eat my supper after sitting 4 hrs through Dialysis Treatment.... Pictures don't lie. Bread was soaked through with sauce and it was inedible and gross. Just total slop.
Went through the drive through ordered a simple. Steak and cheese footlong. It was absolutely mangled when I received it.... Smashed and flattened out. Cookies I ordered were old and stale . Ended up throwing away my whole order. Will never stop thereagain. Waste of 15 dollars. Read more
Forgot our onions, asked Checkers to spot us some they were happy to and they were even as chopped as I was. This subway is on... the decline and has been. I placed an order online for pick up and then called to verify the 'Special Instructions' were read and understood regarding... food allergy precautions. I spoke with Jordan, and she was wonderful. Not only did she verify that she read the note regardingspecial instructions, but she showed understanding of what standard precautions needed to be made by telling me what necessarysteps would be done, without me asking, to keep my daughter safe. This is a BIG DEAL for food allergy parents. People need to bemore like Jordan. She deserves a gold star (5+ of them, actually), and a raise. Thank you, Jordan! I appreciate you! Read more
