Today, veterans Day despite the rumoured free meal for vets, every other local restaurant is crowded not one car at this... location. Why one might ask....we were not prevented at the street from entering the lot or parking...we were met at the doorby 2 young men smoking their cigarettes stating that the restaurant was closed due to a potential gas leak and for safety sakethey were closed. Curious why they were so calm while lighting up in such a potentially dangerous situation and an absence offire department and gas company vehicles or any emergency vehicles. Makes you wonder if they ran out of product yet again.They're sure running out of customers. Read more
Had diner, the corn was bad looked wilted. Abigail our server was asked to get us soda refills 2x and didn't. Instead we could... hear her chatting with co workers in the back. She had 2 tables full of dishes to clear didn't do that either. I asked my burgerbe cooked well done it was med rare. If it happens again we will go back to eating at the Olympic across the street. I just got a door dash with Perkins. It literally was the worse food I have ever eaten My deep fried pickles were extremely... soagy.. patty melt was soagy.. chicken tender sandwich soagy? the French fries had the texture of fries sitting in water..soagy. Ord some strawberry thing. That was cold onion rings soagy. The only thing not soagy was the pop. I also was supposedto get a slice of pie and did not get any. I will never eat at the Perkins in rapids again. This had nothing to do with doordash person either he was here very quick. Perkins you ruined my Friday night. Read more

Because of short staff situation, it took a while to get seated although there were relatively few customers. It also took... awhile for our order to arrive, but when it did come, it was very good. The service was good and our waitress was friendly andconsiderate, even apologizing because of the slow service. We live 40 miles away, but we will remember Perkins when we desire ahigher quality meal than fast food. Read more
The food here is well prepared and tasty. For nutritious meals while traveling away from home, Perkins is my go to favorite... resaturant. I really enjoy the salmon dinner and the breakfast skillets are amazing. Salads are always fresh. The silkchocolate pie and chocolate cake from the bakery are also a hit. Read more
We went I'm with a party of 6, 3 adults and 3 children. Our waitress was incredible, I wish I could remember her name. She was... very kid-friendly and kept my 3 boys entertained. She stopped by our table several times to make sure we didn't needanything. Our order was large and completely accurate. Our food was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend. Read more
