We went through the drive through before 6pm, (closes at 8,) and waiting in line for at least 15 minutes only to be told when... ordering that they only had popcorn chicken available, and wouldn?t be making any more chicken. Wow. Read more
This kfc/tacobell has been around for quite some time. It's nice to have a combo even though they don't have the full menus... atleast you have the basics. My kids love the chicken and wife and I like the choices. Read more
Will never go here again. Over half hour wait in drive thru and couldn't just drive out -no room! Asked for all dark extra... crispy at 530pm and they told me I can't order that, I had to get half and half. 20.00 for 2 breasts, 4 tiny wings and 2 tinythighs. Rediculous. Extremely skimpy on the soft shell chicken taco. 2.5 to 3 pieces of chicken which doesn't add up to 3 ounces. Very sad that they... make it with so little and charge alot for it. Read more
Not open at 6:00 in the afternoon, they then told us the drive through was open only for us to be traped in line for another 20+... minutes, while we could see workers doing smoke breaks. A Worker was very rude to us when we asked and suggested that myunderage daughter start working there if we wanted our food faster. The same worker was sitting on the counters and beingunsanitary. All around horrible service though the other two workers were appologetic for the problems and gave us extracinnabuns. Read more
7pm on a Saturday and the doors were locked. One of the employees had their car parked in the drive through so no one could go... through. 2 employees were standing outside talking, we asked if we could order something and they said they were closed veryrudely. Read more
Went through the drivethru and got our food fast. then after we parked and started eating we realized two of our burritos... weren't grilled like we asked. we then called to ask if they could remake them and the guy who answered the phone was veryunderstanding and very kind. he immediately got our burritos redone and brought them out to us. he also added in some cookies.he came out and apologized and told us to have a good day. i see a lot of negative reviews and thought id share my positiveexperience. accidents happen, and from my experience working in fast food it is easy to make a mistake. but this man did theabove and beyond for us. if you see this, thank you. i believe his name was ryland or rayland, something close to that. mandeserves a raise.
