Boys and girls, let me just say if you love shakes with lots of fixings, this place is where you have GOTS to try. I stumbled... across this place at the Dells with my family and it was absolutely fantastic. The only regrets I have is that I should havegotten a juicy burger instead of a Cajun shrimp salad but I had a taste for salad and was saving my appetite for their shakesand it was delicious but I should have gotten a fattening burger. My son got the turkey sandwich with onion rings and he saidthat was good BUT........the best part was absolutely the shakes!!!!! I opted for their Nutella shake with a glazes donut ontop with sprinkles and I shared that with the hubby while my boys shares a cotton candy shake with rock candy and sprinkles.They said it was amazing. It simply looks so beautiful! If you're ever in the area at the Dells, you have got to try theirshakes! Did I mention they have HARD SHAKES???? Next time I will try their shakes with ALCOHOL!!! The service was good, the milkshakes were fantastic, the cheese curds were amazing, the actual meals were underwhelming. The... meals were pretty basic, so that was unfortunate. I?d go back for the milkshakes for sure, those I can recommend as a greattreat. Read more

I visited this location with my family for some great-tasting burgers and famous shakes! We arrived around 7 p.m. on a weekday... and were seated relatively quickly. We had a party of 6: my husband, our four children, and myself. Our waiter greeted upquickly and began to take our order. I feel like that was the end of our mediocre visit. Our food took quite some time toarrive. We had finished our appetizer long before our dinner arrived. We ordered the loaded chili totchos, tater tots withchili, cheese, sour cream, and salsa for an appetizer. I enjoyed this started very much; however, some of my family members werenot fans. 3 out of the 6 enjoyed it. The tater tots were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mixture of all theingredients was excellent. The portion is also a generous amount. However, getting our waiters' attention was challenging afterour appetizers were delivered. For entrees, I ordered the Buffalo Blue Chicken Burger with a salad, the children ordered the macand cheese with fries, and my husband purchased the Texas Tornado. My burger was fantastic. I love buffalo sauce, and thisburger covered this portion. The salad was also excellent. The ranch was a little thick for my taste, but it was still pleasingto eat. My kids did not like the macaroni and cheese. None of them finished their meals, and they are great eaters. My husband'sburger was great as well. However, his burger and mine were cold. I believe it sat in their window for quite some time before wewere served. It seemed as though we were the last thing on our waiter's mind. I honestly believe he forgot about us at onepoint. It was also difficult to get refills since our server was not very attentive. Lastly, I did purchase the Mango TangoRita, and this drink was delicious. They did not disappoint with the alcohol. The food here is exceedingly mediocre. We were seated quickly, but our server was so harried with other work he barely had time... to take our order. Our food was lukewarm when it finally arrived after a near 45 minute wait. You?d find the same quality at alocal fast food place. And for the price, there really is no reason to eat here. You?ll be just as happy eating at Burger Kingas this place, and it?ll be less expensive, as the cost absolutely does not equal out here. Read more

Server was awesome. Food, edible, mostly. Very disappointing. Burger couldn't be finished. Shrimp salad had 5 small shrimp, 3... pieces small avocado, tablespoon of dressing, 2 cherry tomatoes, 2 slices cucumber, pound of iceberg lettuce and 1/2 cupshredded shredded cheese. The donut and the cookie monster shakes were elaborate and delicious. The cheesehead burger was great, cheese curds fried to... the perfect texture. We were seated fast and our food came quickly. It was a bit of a wait to get and then pay our bill, whichwas just hard for us because of my two kids being sleepy. Prices seemed high but are reasonable in a tourist town. We visited this place for the first time recently and I might have to say that this is probably the coolest atmosphere I've ever... seen, every booth had plenty of space and you weren't sitting too close to the person next to you! They were definitely packedso we had to wait for a few minutes but it really is quite a large restaurant! We were surprised how much room there was! Therewas also a gaming room off of the wing where we were sitting and the bathrooms were nice and clean and it was the biggest barthat I've ever seen. Lots of people were happy and definitely enjoying their time! The cheese curds were fantastic so youdefinitely have to try those out! I thought that their plates were actually pretty cool if you'll notice in the picture it sayson the bottom of the plate that it was made in England, nice to see fancy authentic plates in a place like this! The display ofthe food was really nice I love how they branded the burger bun and stuck a knife in it as they delivered it to the table. I didhowever think that the burger lacked flavoring it almost tasted like they just put a patty on the grill but didn't put anyseasoning on it at all. I personally think it was overpriced for some burgers and fries, I think we spent just about $100 forfour of us and three of us got water.
