In response to the owner, this happened at the Winton location. I appreciate you responding saying you will make it right.... Although I do not get on Facebook so sorry I cannot contact you on there. I've ordered from you guys since 2000 me and my familywill continue to order I love your food! I just don't like when I don't get what I pay for. If it was one thing wrong, Iprobably wouldn't have even left the review but there were just too many on this order. Yes the food was still good and ediblebut... Brown avocado just looks nasty and if that's what their serving customers not only does it look bad but that is very meanto give people brown avocado. I brought my daughter for a lunch date. Called in our order for 2 gordo burritos, 1 sope, 1 smallhorchata They forgot the onions and cilantro in BOTH burritos. They DID NOT put the sour cream that comes on top of the wetburritos. And I'm paying extra for avocado "I hate when they use the brown piece" it looks so ugly and nasty. If you look atthe picture of my untouched sope, they literally put one piece of avocado ???? how cheap and skimp of them. One brown piece ????Serve paying customers better so you are not known for things like this. When I see bad reviews for Los Gordos I thought peoplewere exaggerating or because their race but this happened to me and I'm giving a truthful experience. We have been going to this place off and on for the last several years. When the food is good it's GREAT...but about 50% of the... time our order is wrong, and badly wrong. I eat the SIMPLEST item you can make: A chicken quesadilla with sour cream (crema),it's the only thing I ever order because I cannot eat anything else there. My husband LOVES Mexican food but for many reasons mystomach cannot handle it. A basic quesadilla is easy to make, quick, and should be no problem. Wrong. Tonight was the laststraw. My quesadilla had some sort of chili hot sauce on it, and diced onions throughout...neither of which I am allowed to eat,so I now have to throw out 90% of it ( I tried scraping most of the onion and sauce off and adding extra cheese, it didn'thelp). It's not just my food they make wrong, my husband is allergic to corn tortillas and what do they use for his tacos? CORNtortillas. He can handle it, but it's just one of many screw ups on our orders. We are done with them. Can never get the orders right. A order for a Quesadilla. Meat:: Chicken Add: Cheese, Sour Cream Special... Request: Just chicken and sour cream with cheese please. Again came with red sauce and onions. If you order Flour Tortillasinstead of corn, you will get corn. Its been like this for us for years here in Winton. Read more
I want to give 5 stars so badly but a 15 minute wait time takes the star for me. Their camaron a la diablo is a MUST TRY, best... I've ever had. The ceviche is mediocre on flavor. Not a fan of the enchiladas but I've only had them Roja (red) and with cheese-although my daughter loves them. They have a wet burrito that can feed a small village. They definitely dont skimp out onportions. Better to order ahead if you dont plan to sit down but super yum. Again- that plays of camaron a la diablo OH WOW!!!!! Read more

Best chicken taco you ever had and FOR UNDER $2!?! So fresh and delicious. Carne Asada burrito con todo was excellent! Steak... was perfectly seasoned and cooked and all ingredients were flavorful and delicious! The place is adorable, accessible and plentyof seating and tables in the sun or shade. Very efficient and run like a well-oiled machine. Great food, great value, greatatmosphere! Read more
please stop adding that disgusting red salsa to all your dishes. no lie it tastes rancid, as if someone had made it using the... toilet bowl. Winton location. I would suggest leaving out salsa and letting the customer choose between the two. The red salsais so gross. Read more
