I really hate to give bad reviews, but the last few times I've been to this McDonald's, both the service & food have been... terrible, so they need to know. My friend and I had a pretty simple order but we had to go back 3 times because they weren'tright. We also saw at least 3-4 others returning messed up drive-thru orders. We weren't offered any type of compensation forour trouble either, and as expensive as gas & food is right now, I 100% think that should have been done. It didn't have to bemuch, just a small gesture would have made a huge difference. Also, the girl at the 2nd window was talking on a personalcellphone call. (and I could hear her so I know) & when I asked a simple question, I got a snappy & rude response. Unacceptable.My friend works in food service & would never speak to anyone like that. Ordered to pick up in store but they locked the doors before 10:30 even though the sign says they're open til 11 inside. Then... when going through the drive thru, sitting in line for 20 minutes the girl at the first window didn't know what she was doingand couldn't figure out that we had mobile ordered and told us we did it wrong when all we did was follow her directions.
