This is the second time we've had food from here. The first time was carry-out, so we thought the food just didn't travel well.... This time we sat at the bar and were there right when they opened. The garlic knots were cold and drenched in oil. The appetizersampler we got was also cold and bland. The fried ravioli was tiny, certainly not what you'd expect for an appetizer. As wewere sitting there, someone in the back yelled "WHAT THE F@%# IS THAT?!?" It was very jarring and completely off-putting. Theservice was okay, but it was very odd to be left at the bar alone like that. We won't be back. I know other people love it, butwe have been less than impressed both times. My family of 7 made reservations ahead of time through Google Assistant. Our table was ready when we arrived 5 minutes early.... Our waiter was kind and courteous throughout our visit. However, we were told there were no garlic knots available from thekitchen yet to whet our appetites before our meal, but some should be ready soon. We waited for one hour and ten minutes beforeour meals began to arrive...still no garlic knots, though a table of 2 and a table of 9 received some. My daughter walked by thekitchen to the restroom and heard obscenities being shouted by the kitchen staff who were apparently having a rough night. Wedid receive a complimentary order of garlic knots to-go, but spent 2 full hours waiting and eating. The food was good, but theservice wasn't (no reflection on the wait staff). Read more
We got the Familgia Sampler which turned out really really good! The fried ravioli was super good! I got the Seafood Fra Diavolo... with everything added to it. It was delicious and definitely enough to take home and have for another meal. My wife got theFried Chiclen Alfredo and she said it was really good, it was very good. The service here was impeccable, huge shout out toReiner for the service!! He wasn't to much of a waiter and wasn't less of a waiter. He was purrfect! Staff was awful. Was seated in the back with a bunch of other families, really loud. Asked to move to a quiet spot. Dirty... restaurant overall. Ordered a $7 house salad and had mold on my tomatoes. Told the waiter and all he said was ?oh? and awkwardlytook my plate back. Didn?t apologize, didn?t make a new plate, or offer to take it off my bill. They charged us for a salad Ididn?t eat. So disappointed that no one approached us to apologize or take it off our bill. I?m one of those people that wouldpay my bill regardless, but you?re dang sure I didn?t leave a tip. And I leave reviews to make sure people don?t go there andeat what I just got served. Read more
My fiancé and I went for his first time this evening. First of all, the hostess pleasantly greeted us when we came in and... showed us where we could seat ourselves. Elizabeth was our waitress and she was amazing tonight! She checked on us frequently.She was so polite, well-spoken and just genuinely nice. We had the French onion soup, salad and bruschetta to start and it wasvery good. Surprised by the basil pesto but it worked! I had the Seafood Fra Diavolo and it was outstanding! Our food was hotwhen it came out and still warm by the time I asked for a to-go box. We forced ourselves to order dessert and I?m glad we didbecause the carrot cake and banana pudding was delicious! 10/10! Thanks for a great experience tonight! Read more
Delicious and affordable!! My boyfriend and I had the calamari, penne alla vodka, fried chicken alfredo, and a cannoli!! It was... all amazing and the portions were great! Read more
Finally made it to Famiglia tonight. Oh so good! Hubby had shrimp scampi, I had the squash ravioli w Alfredo sauce and these are... the delicious garlic knots served with our dinner. We also each had a side salad; him Caesar and me side garden with theirhomemade blue cheese. We also had the stuffed mushrooms but had scarfed them down before I thought to take a picture. Entered the restaurant at 05:48 and seated ourselves as displayed on the sign,, sat there until 06:15 and no one acknowledged us... or said hello or offered water or menu or anything !! And this was our second chance to give them a try since the last time theydidn?t have any steaks available!! So good luck folks Read more
