This place has awesome ambiance and lighting. We celebrated a friend's birthday and wow, the drinks are not weak by any... means!!! Dinner portions were sizeable and we definitely enjoyed the margaritas. I had fajitas that were cooked toperfection, I was pleased with the neutral colors and cool decor as well. Came in after work for a quick snack and drinks 6/29/22 at 3pm asked for house margaritas our sever Marie was not attentive they... where more busy hidding by the side of the bathroom than checking on the tables we were never ask how our wings were neither gotanother drink. We were left empty for about 20min while the other male server dint even ask us if we needed anything else. Ontop of this I have to get up and ask for my check the manager tells me she doesn?t have it but she will bring it to us have towait another 10 min for it. We usually visit this restaurant but today they drop the ball. They don?t even smile or make anycontact with the guest witch is incredible. ???? we won?t be returning back to this location they just lost 2 loyal customers.Ah on top of this they offer happy hour witch we got charge regular price and not given discount for it. My girlfriend and I have been coming here regularly for the past few years, and they never disappoint. Our favorite dish here... has always been their chicken chimichangas, and they're incredible. Been coming here for many years but the experience this time was very disappointing. Customer service was definitely not as it... used to be . Servers did not check up to see if we needed any additional items. We had to ask and wait a little.longer thanusual. It was almost a bother to ask. I know we went through a pandemic and it affected a lot but still it's a choice to beEfficient and courteous at your job. Even the chips and salsa was a challenge to get more . Unfortunately I won't be returning. The price range of this restaurant is too high to have this kind of service. I hope this will be corrected soon it comes withgood management and coaching.
