Everything was wonderful, food, service, and timeliness. However, we were concerned about our waitress. Each time she came to... our table, she went to the back which was right near where we were sitting, and coughed and coughed. We have gone there quite a few times but I don't plan on ordering for them or going back due to the fact that every time we... placed in order for pick up it it is completely wrong. Visited This Perkins today looking Forward to a Turkey Club, told the waitress we needed a few minutes for my wife to review the... menu. Well the server did not return so after 25 minutes we left with no approach from the host or the other server who ignoredus as well. But hey the tea was good. Visited 10-26-22. Read more

The website says curbside pick up but when I called to place an order for pick up they said you had to come in and place the... order through a delivery platform service or online. I don?t know if the lady was just being lazy but I?ve never heard of notbeing able to order food over the phone and then physically go pick it up. Maybe Perkins at this specific location needs to dosome more training on their staff. Read more

We have eaten here numerous times over the past few months and have found the food and service to be excellent. The food is... always cooked to perfection thanks to Ms. Pat and if there is an issue they make it right. Without a doubt, Whitney is the bestserver. She is always friendly and makes us feel welcome. Most of all, Whitney knows how to provide the best service to hercustomers in a very professional manner. The owners of this Perkins can be proud of the way it is now being operated. Read more

Have been to this location and have had great service when served by Alexis but on other visits when she?s not been there we... have been served by Jason and his service was and terrible he when serving people comes to the table doesn?t introduce himselfand doesn?t come back to check on the table after he takes the order for drink refills or to ask us how everything is. This lasttime we went to this location we once again requested Alexis and she wasn?t there we requested to sit on the side she serves onbut it according to Jason was closed. We requested not to get Jason because his customer service is so bad but even with theserver we had he would come up to our table because we requested butter from the server but he would argue with us about howthey can?t give the butter because it?s used for cooking yet but every time before it wasn?t a problem this of course isn?t withJason. Mention him to someone at another store and they basically said the same thing he?s not about satisfying customers. Howis he still working for Perkins?
