Haven't visited this location in about 4 years. It's nice to know nothing has changed... they still screw up my order. Since... when is a cold brew with Madagascar Vanilla a vanilla latte? And I still had to wait while the rest of my order gotcold. Sigh!!! Read more
Just purchased soup and sandwich, the associate (Aliyah) that prepared my soup gave only broth. There was no chicken or noodles... in the bowl purchased. I paid $13.59 for poor service. Read more
I ordered the Baja Bowl because it looked good in the picture but it was not like the picture, the rice was almost raw and cold,... it did not taste good, a few minutes after I ate it and I already have a stomach ache. I regret eating part of this at Panera, Iguess I am glad they served me such a small portion. Read more
I've been going to this Panera since high school to study. I enjoy the atmosphere and the coffee. The non-dairy smoothies also... taste great but they have gotten more expensive recently. Read more
Purchased two steak & white cheddar sandwiches with the ingredients shown on this receipt, and this is what I uncovered when I... got home. In shock and disappointment, I called the store and spoke with Jewel. I explained that I had placed an app order of$25.89 and the sandwich had barely any ingredients in it. In total disagreement Ms. Jewel explained that she personally madethat sandwich and is up to their standards. She doubted my complaint, basically calling me a liar, that in itself is poorcustomer service. If this is what she calls up to their standards, they have no standards. I would expect more from PaneraBread, especially with how expensive they are. I'll buy from a different location next time, could just be this store with theproblem. Read more
Paid for extra cheese never received it. It barley have cheese in it. I'll stick with the cheddar broccoli.
Where do I begin? I've given this place multiple chances over the years, hoping that the management would learn from their... mistakes, but this location only gets worse. Every time I visit this location, they run out of key components to make the mealsyou are ordering. Most of their bread choices would run out, or they would run out of certain meats, sauces, salsas, orvegetables. They would then ask us to either pick something else from the menu or heavily modify what we wanted. I understandthat things like this can happen from time to time, but I must have the worst luck in the world if this problem exists everytime I visit. Another problem we had was with the quality of the food itself. We had wilted, brown, and slimy lettuce on oursalads. We tried picking through it all to see if it was edible, but we lost our appetite by the time we sorted through it. Oneof my absolute worst experiences at this location was when I ordered soup and I noticed my spoon was used and unwashed. I couldsee crusted food on it from the previous customer that used it. Overall, I'd recommend requesting plasticware from thislocation, avoid their salads, and don't hold your breath on them having everything needed to make the meal you are craving. They've fallen off. One time I ordered a green goddess with chicken yet got no chicken in my salad. Other time, my boyfriend's... sandwich was missing ingredients which was not conveyed to us, and this time it was my salad dressing that barely had anydressing in the container. Be weary of ordering online. These places are just happy to have a body work for them however somestaff don't take pride in their work nor care to provide exceptional customer service anymore.
