I have gone here maybe 50 times over the years. About 75% of the time, they get some part of the order wrong. This last time it... took three attempts to get a pretty simple single sandwich right. Not ever going to this store again. Placed an order on line and ended up with something quite disgusting, completely different... from what I ordered. And I tipped the staff to boot. I called the store and they said the order didn?t come through as Iordered it and too bad. DO NOT place an on-line order with them. If their system did not submit or transmit it properly, asmine did, then you are out your money and time. Terrible. Ate indoors. They made my sandwich wrong and. I had to tear it apart to prove they forgot toppings. They just don?t... care here. I honestly went in assuming it would be another lame sub place but I have to say I am really happy. I have got in twice now,... just before close because I just can't get there earlier but the employees are always happy to help and the subs are good. Theyhave a good amount of meat and let's be real, get the giant one and save some for later. It is worth it... The damn thing ismassive. Lol Read more
I ordered a type of BLT, and it was delicious! The lettuce was fresh and the bacon was crunchy just how I like it. They made my... meal in a timely manner, however they didn?t seem rushed. Jimmy John's subs are better than any chain store I've experienced. Fast, clean, and tastes phenomenal.
