Just received my $58 mobile order and all three of our bowls are missing ingredients, including the premium ingredients that we... paid extra for. We were told they ran out of masago, so they gave extra avocado for the one bowl, but didn?t give any avocado onthe others, missing crunchy toppings, one bowl is missing rice, and all the bowls are half full. For paying $16+ per bowl Ithink the serving should fill the bowl. Extremely disappointing. Read more

For a restaurant with essentially one item on its menu, MAN does Island Fin Poké make that one item delicious. If nothing else,... the lean menu is a testament to the confidence Island Fin has in what they do best: Poké Bowls. The food is fresh anddelicious, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Quality over quantity is served here in ample supply- both in their food andtheir service. Octopus, seaweed salad, and those delicious sauces (Wicked Wahine is my favorite) I am always discovering a newflavor or topping combination. My only problem with Island Fin is how badly it leaves you wanting more; now that?s not to saythe portions are small: for $12 you get an absolute pile of food? and besides, I can (and sometimes do) return right back to thecounter to put in another order. No, by wanting more I mean in the middle of the day I suddenly find the urge to make a poképilgrimage- and with Island Fin that urge is almost impossible to ignore. The dole whip is good too. The place is in the same spot where an old Bliss Kiwi Frozen Yogurt used to be. They also have a two-flavor ice cream dispenser,... so if you wander inside in search of ice cream, you won't leave empty-handed. I have tried poke in numerous places (or chirashi,a Japanese version of thereof), so there's basis for comparison. Food and flavor quality-wise, I'd give it three stars. Theportions are of decent size for the 12$ price, but the flavor is somewhat bland and has sour notes - can't really tell if it'sthe fish or the sauce. Staff is awesome - very welcoming, with great attitude. So that's how one star made it back into therating. Read more

Update: Visited again tonight and the owner chatted with us! They care about their customers!! We visited the Winter Springs... location for the first time tonight. The 2 young ladies working were spectacular! Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names...they were knowledgeable about the menu and *extremely* polite. Absolutely amazing Poke bowl place located near the Starbucks in the small plaza area on the side. This place has great reggae... vibes music ???? playing. The servers Nikki and Dara were absolutely friendly and knowledgeable. They have that delicious dolepineapple whip that they gave us samples of. The decor is beautiful and it?s a clean place. Honestly everything was absolutelydelicious way more authentic Hawaiian food and drinks. Try the Hawaiian Sun Guava or Lilikoi Passion drinks. I love very progressive thinking business owners. Having a wonderful meal of poke on a paper bowls and wood chopsticks. Plastic... free meal. You have an option to eat a meal, why not choose a healthy , tasty and at the same time not create waste. OrlandoPoke is here and Island Fin is the place to have it. Lake Nona and Winter Springs have one, would love to have one in WinterPark. I highly recommend this place, and oh Dole whip! I will leave it at that. Read more
