Another not so great experience here. The oviedo location is so much better. Continuously getting small portions, wrong items,... cashier errors, etc. On my taco I asked for extra fajitas and recieved one small portion of fajitas, plus only had 4 smallpieces of steak on it. I don?t know how much is supposed to come on it but im just not impressed. I will continue to avoid thislocation until it changes. Read more

Made tacos but smashed them in a bowl which made it almost impossible to grab them without sticking your fingers in them or... making a mess. If asking for extra cheese is such a hassle just charge me and make it easier. But having to ask 4 times for morecheese cause the guy takes a small pinch and then let?s half of it drop before it gets to the burrito is annoying. Thank you for the extra guac [see picture]!!! I had to pay with cash when I went in and they didn't have their cash drawer so I... had to wait 5 min before I could have my food but honestly it's just a Chipotle. Food tasted good like any Chipotle so fivestars. Read more

Served raw chicken and didn?t even pull the contaminated bin. Continued to serve a batch of RAW chicken to multiple people... despite it being brought to the staff?s attention. I can only blame upper management for the consistently low motivation,enthusiasm and work ethic. There have been multiple incidents but I felt that this was the most important to note. If employeesare so disconnected and unhappy that all hospitality is thrown to the wind, the work environment and management must truly betrash. Most locations are as terrible as this one so I have a sneaking suspicion some district leader is absolute TRASH. I?ve been going to this specific location for about 5 years now and the service is getting progressively worse. Lines are always... long never have enough food I had to wait 15 mins for steak and brown rice and un top of everything I got this an entire pieceof Avocado. This is not it Chipotle do better. We have been going to Chipotle in Winter Springs since they opened. Usually great food, clean restaurant, and friendly service.... However, the last 12-18 months everything has been going downhill quickly. The past 8-10 times we have been there the restaurantwas dirty, including where the food is prepared. The lines were long because they consistently run out of food. Tonight was thefinal straw. We went in at 7:30, well past dinner time, to find dirty tables and they were out of steak and brown rice. Asusual, lots of dirty pots and pans on the prep station and all kinds of food scraps on the service station. After waiting 20minutes to get our food, we get home to find my sons steak was raw (see pic). If this was not bad enough, the manager gives myson attitude when he asked for a replacement bowl. This is my last trip there. (Winter Springs location) I guess if I wantChipotle I will find a different location. Read more

Despite all of the bad reviews on this chipotle, this is the only chipotle in a 25 mile radius that has not done us dirty. The... service may be slow BUT they always have everything and even better, it always tastes good. It?s so out of the way, but wheneverwe crave chipotle, we will drive here to get it. The one on 436 never has anything and they wait to tell you right at the front.If you what chipotle, this is the best location to go to. Read more

The restaurant was busy during lunch time. We felt like we got a bit short changed on the amount of meat put into our carnitas... bowls. The tortilla was super chewy and not very good. The drink area was messy and unkept. Tables were not being wiped downeither. Of all the locations we have visited, this one is on the bottom of our list. Read more
