This place has always been more expensive, and it used to be worth the price. The last two times it has not been great, but on... par with other bad Chinese in the area. Food is good most of employees are nice however we have had two experiences That made us to never come back. Today I tried... calling for delivery they took my debit card info and said that they don't take this type of card even though I used it multipletimes and wanted to know what brand it was and even when I told them they said it won't work I ask for manager and they saidgood luck with that I am the owner I called back and they answered and ignore me on phone. I went down to talk to differentlady in person showed her my cards and she said they take those cards inform her of issues and still they said all they ask wasthe type of card I explained there still shouldn't be an issue cause I had to call different Chinese restaurant and when I gavethem the typical card info to pay over the phone they didn't ask me all the questions they asked me. The first issue was whenwe ordered delivery for my wife I was at work and she waited two hours for delivery no one came she called multiple times noanswer she has to go down and her food was sitting on the table and owner just goes and says oh yeah it's been sitting there andno apology Both times I had to go in person to complain and nothing improves to he owners and mangers have poor customerservice I will never come here again and don't recommend it Read more

For years we have NEVER had a bad meal at 369 until yesterday, Saturday around 6 pm takeout. 2 Beef & brocolli dinners were... edible but made with 2 different sauces neither of which tasted as usual. My Mild Beef Schechwan was very very sour & inediblelike never before. Left a lot & threw out. Fried rice was hard, dry & very very dark in color. Ate very little. Sweet sourchicken just ok. So disappointed but another family member had treated us so we didn't share our disappointment. Go back toyour original cook & or recipes. 369 was once the best Chinese food in my area and I have been going there for years. I was seriously disappointed in what 369... has become. The roast pork and vegetables were fresh in 1982 and inedible when resurrected in the modern age. The eggroll wasdry, hard as a brick and only useful for self defense. The fried rice made my ancestors cry and I'm not even Chinese. How canfried rice turn black and still manage to have no flavor other than sad. I am sorry to say I will no longer be eating at 369. Terrible! Soggy dumplings. The food ordered look like soup. A waste of money. We barely could eat it.

So disappointed ..! Drove so far for my lunch & everything was perfect until I opened my platters and the orders were incorrect.... I call back to let them know and I was told my ticket couldn?t be found. What a disappointment doe me cause I was so Thrilled oftheir food & service. Time does me to take my business else where.
