Used to love going here, but the last several times the food fell just short and today was the last straw. My wife decided on... getting her tenders tossed in teriyaki instead of getting naked tenders and dipping them like she usually does. She bit into thechicken and said was hard. Bit another, and it was tough, chewy. I offered her one of mine and she mentioned how different itwas, so I tried hers and it was terrible. I've literally had frost-bitten Tyson teriyaki-flavored tenders that felt and tastedexactly the same. Not nearly worth the money for us anymore, so we'll be finding another place to go to whenever we want somefried chicken. If you do decide to go here, get naked tenders and dip them, otherwise you may get old-tasting, soggy, chewytenders that you would've been better off buying at the store and heating up at home. I ordered the 10-piece Chick fingers and a side of coleslaw. The coleslaw was ok. The chicken was really, really good. I gave... this 3 starts because they didn't give me the sauce that it's supposed to come with! I got home and was not happy to see thesauce was missing. I order delivery sometimes. It's pretty good! I like my food real spicy, and the insane sauce hits just right.

was told today AFTER i was already charged for the cheddar bites that they?re no longer serving marinara sauce. if that?s true... then that?s bad business cause i wouldn?t have ordered them had i known that. cashier had an attitude when i asked for zax sauceinstead of the nasty ranch they?re trying to serve with the cheddar bites now. everything else in my order was okay i guess.really disappointed. I decided to give Zaxby?s a try today. This is my first visit to this establishment. Staff was very friendly and moving... efficiently. There chicken sandwich is like a hybrid of a Popeyes sandwich and Chick-fil-A. The fries were hot, crispy andseasoned well. My only problem would be that my Coke was almost flat and watered down. It had very little carbonation. And theketchup packets that were handed to me were covered in ketchup ???? but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and woulddefinitely visit again. Read more
