The past three times I've gone through their drive through I have waited 5-10 minutes to order. The last time I was the only... customer at the restaurant and was told to wait to order. When I got my food, they forgot to add bacon, didn't give me sauce ornapkins and forgot my straw. I like Wendy's Dave Single, no mayo, no tomato, large fries. It's always good. Unfortunately, this Wendy's is often out of... things and who I assume is the franchisee screams at her employees, who often struggle to correctly assemble orders. Read more

This is the worst wendys of them all. The people that take your order are very rude and have a bad attitude. After I told... Blake that she had a bad attitude she needed to be more respectful she continued to give my 2 kids meals tiny water cups withsprite instead of the normal cardboard soft drink cups. It was raining very hard. We couldn't hear at the drive thru to place our order. So we pulled up to the window. I tried to... explain to the person at the window that we could not hear. The manager came running over and yell at us to come inside becausethe rain was coming in their window. How rude! And not the 1st time at this store! Read more

Ordered a 4 for 4. When I got my food they had put ketchup packets covered in syrup in the bag on top of the fries and nuggets.... When asked to please give me new food (because who wants to eat something that has had dirty packets on top of it) they got anattitude, and told me to pull up. Another man brings out a bag of food that clearly is the same food they just removed theketchup packets. When I told him it?s the same food he wanted to argue with me but it was apparent they just took the packetsout. Not interested in arguing with this man because they clearly had no intentions on replacing my order , I took the bag offood I have no intentions on eating and threw it away. But it should be common sense if you wouldn?t want to eat it why would acustomer? I love throwing money away :) Read more

Went to this Wendy's on 9/4/22 around 1:45pm and experienced the worst service I ever had at a drive thru and I'm 67 years old.... The young blonde lady at the window acted so spaced out that I doubt she even knew where she was. Fry cup was half full, noketchup packs, didn't put the requested sauce packets in the bag, and in general acted as if providing service and customersatisfaction was way beyond any consideration or interest to her. I would recommend an intensive crash course in providingcustomer service and move this employee to the fry line away from customers until that happens. I don't have any interests inthis business or the employee but the lack of providing good customer service will eventually diminsh the quality that thisWendy's has provided in the past. Read more

This is certainly one of the better Wendy's I've been to. It's clean and looks like it had a remodel in recent years. The staff... was quick too which was a nice change from a lot of fast food places. The food was very hot which is always a plus too. Read more
