BAD BARTENDER I was there wed 9/21 at night Everything was great but then the waitress simply forgot our table after we paid... the bill I asked for a glass of water and the waitress didn?t bring bc that was not her table. Wth???? Really????? A glass ofwater?? I had to go at the bar to get water and the bartender BLAKE had an attitude....he was kinda rolling his eyes bc I wascomplaining about a small thing......then he gave me the glass and said " YOU'RE WELCOME" I guess he is rich and just work forfun.......awful!!!! This place is quite happening! Lots of people on a Sunday, so be prepared for noise. Kid and pup friendly and the staff are also... friendly. The food menu has some fun options, including the Early Riser, which is a hangover burger with a Donut bun. Goodstuff!! The drink menu has a large amount of options with a Bloody Mary specialty. I liked the Porch a lot. Very eclectic and with a special vibe. Service here was great... maybe even above average. Our waiter... was very attentive and efficient. The kitchen is doing great with their menu and quality of food. The menu is diverse but withmuch better taste and quality than most other similar restaurants. We had their crispy chicken wings in a couple of flavorprofiles like the garlic parmesan and their Porch medium hot. They were fresh and crispy. Also order a couple of burgers,chicken and waffles and a fish sandwich. All very well executed. The burger was a perfect medium rare as I ordered it. Softfried egg on top and the bread was soft but held the burger perfectly. (Very good burger). Everything came on a timely mannereventhough the restaurant was full. Definitely a place I would recommend and I would consider coming back when in Orlando. Read more
It was very interesting experience. There was a drag show going on. We played bingo. It was very fun. Great service. Decent bar... good. You can sit inside or enjoy the patio outside. I had a great time. Read more
The flowersprouts were pretty good, but a little tart and on the oil side. If you like brussels though, do not pass these by... because you will enjoy them. I wasn?t wowed by the grouper tacos, but they were still very fresh and tasted good. I think theywere just a little too simple for me. I will say that the staff really does listen to you when you ask for specifics. They arefriendly and willing to please. I would go back in the future to try other menu items. Read more
The Porch is a great spot to watch sports, eat, and have some drinks. It is very popular so get there early. I love their wings... and my wife's Cobb Salad was great. They have at least 8 decent sized TVs in the bar area where we were seated and all the biggames were being shown. Read more
