It's a fast food place, so don't expect perfection. That being said, this is the steak n shake closest to me and I order here... almost daily. My order is kind of specific but the staff here continuously make me feel welcome and are always willing toaccommodate. I think they have debates about the color of my car. First visit! Place was clean and I was greeted upon entering. Did a custom burger order and it came out as ordered. Fries and... food were hot and tasty. Food came out a little slow. Worst part of the experience was there only being kiosks for ordering, Ididn't expect that at a SnS. I can't explain it, but it made the whole experience feel clinical and depressing. They have kiosks instead of waiters and I LOVE it! I went back to the kiosk to buy a second glizzy, which is something I never... would have asked a human with a face and judging eyes for. I split a Frisco Melt with a friend, and it was toasted perfectly.I've been to a lot of Steak & Shakes many times, and this was a great food experience for what it was. *For what it was.* Thedining area was kind of dirty but I mean, let's be real. American and Swiss on buttery grilled sourdough with our original Frisco sauce. That?s what I was looking forward to munch on. I... paid $11.89 for the Fresco Melt Combo but instead I got a plain sliced white bread fake sandwich ???????. I did not get acourtesy call to see if I wanted something else because they were out of stock or ran out very understandable. I feel deceiveand as a customer it?s an unsatisfying feeling I wasted money on food and stayed hungry THANKS STEAK AND SHAKE???????? My lastpicture is the sourdough Fresco Melt Sandwich. Don?t bother with this location. Rude management who call you a liar and accuse you of ?switching around the food? when they... mess an order up, and then toss out the receipt instead of handing it back to hide their mistake, on top of handing out fakenames when asked. They also keep the self serve soda fountain under lock and key, so I hope you enjoy feeling like a criminalwhile getting the drink you paid for. Oh, and the bathrooms were blocked off, as well as half the restaurant. The portion thatwas open had dirty floors, sticky booths and the tables definitely needed a good wipe down.
