We stopped in to get 2 medium smoothies while we were waiting my son asked to use the restroom and we were told that the... restroom is not for customers. Needless to say we will never go back to this location again, what kind of an establishment woulddeny a child use the restroom? Especially to paying customers? Read more
Hate writing bad reviews but I drink a lot of planet smoothie smoothies and every time I come to this location it?s just always... yuck. For the past 2 times the guy making my smoothie always has to add water to my smoothie in the middle of it being mixed.The smoothies always taste like nothing. It?s not hard to follow cards of making smoothies. Just want to let the business knowthat things are going down hill. Read more
I am very disappointed with the treatment I received. I love planet smoothie and I am a regular customer at a different location... but I decided to go to this one on my way back from having a medical procedure done. What terrible management from Cory!! I amrating this one star because not only did she give us the wrong smoothie, she blamed us and made us freeze the wrong smoothie inorder to reimburse us our money. We had to drive all the way back with an old smoothie, received no apology but instead we gotan angry defensive response on the phone and a bad attitude. Wish that manager new how to treat customers better. Will not bereturning. Read more
The Woman behind the counter made zero eye contact and was very short with me. They were in a rush so part of me understands but... they don?t seem to do well under pressure.
