1st bad review I have ever left, but it's well deserved. Ordered a whole sandwich, soup and smoothy.., only received a 1/2... sandwich, ok no problem, make another 1/2, but it was made wrong and when I told them, the just opened the wrapper and flickedeverything off, after is was toasted all together. I explained this wasn't ok with I got the "FU" look, so I just left... For$30, I got 1/2 sandwich (now soggy), cold soup and room temp smoothy. I called and talked with the store manager beforedeciding to write this, she could care less.. offered a sandwich replacement if I drove back. Lastly. The bathrooms areDiscusting! Read more

Today, August 4th, I came to this Panera once again. The service on the Order Taking was terrible. The worker was taking her... time with a huge line. It took 20 minutes before she took my order. I would have used the Kiosks but there were no cups on noneof the Kiosks. What is going on? If you don't want our business please let us know and we will go elsewhere. The previousmanagement team was the best team ever but since the new manager took over, this store has being going downhill slowly butsurely. So sad. Read more
Food is good. I have not been here in a while price like everything has gone up a good bit.

Visiting my daughter in Orlando we went to this beautiful city for a walk and eat some. Ar Panera I tried the soup+sandwich deal... along with agave tea, and the kids tried teriyaki chicken salad and smoked turkey salad along with fresh lemonade. Everythingwas fresh and delicious Read more
My husband's and I first time there tonight. From the nice person who took our order to the manager Jill with her exceptional... customer service skills, we will be back. Husband ordered the flatbread sausage and pepperoni and I had the teriyaki chickenwith broccoli and both were awesome! The hot chocolate tasted homemade! Yummy!
