Ordered multiple times from this JJ?s. Seems like there?s a different problem every time. First delivery was no call or text... like I asked so I didn?t notice my food arrived. Second delivery had a hard time finding the place and had to direct them whereto go. Third delivery was late by 10 minutes despite the location being 5 minutes away. This 4th and latest delivery they hada new driver who called me and I directed them where to go and they still couldn?t find the location. After 30 minutes I calledthe location and they offered to remake the sub, but with my lunch break being over I had no time left to eat it, so they gaveme a refund and credited my account for the free Little John I had gotten through their app. That?s it. They didn?t reimburse mefor the time they wasted, only for what I paid for which was never fulfilled on their end, despite them trying to accommodateafter the fact. What bothers me the most is that they wanted to remake it and try again. Not even suggesting a refund. I loveJJ?s but this location fails to deliver. Literally and figuratively. Read more
As a former employee of jimmy john?s, I was highly disappointed. My order took over an hour and by the time it finally got to me... my sandwich was all soggy from the tomato?s. Even when it?s rush hour, it shouldn?t take longer than 30 min and 40 on a reallybad day. We could be a little more efficient that that. Read more
My job is down the street from this place and these sandwiches are awesome. Shout out to Jesse & Anthony. They are absolute... ROCKSTARS when it comes to this particular store. These guys provide some of the utmost efficient, fast, yet friendly service Ihave ever experienced. Kudos to the owners for finding such a great team. 5/5 would definitely recommend. Read more
1st time in over 10 years. Came in with a co worker. I oredered the #5 he got #9 with a drink. Good- order came out so fast my... co-worker didn't even have time to fill his drink. Bread was soft. Meat cheese was good, had to open sandwich up to try it byits self. Veggies were fresh. Staff had place clean. Bad- food came out so fast didn't have time to have something added orremoved. And when I said something they got a addituide about it. price was not good for what we got. Open sandwich up to trymeat and cheese by its self. Was very good by its self but couldn't hardly taste when I ate sand we ate . There wasn't evenenough on sandwich to call it a meat sandwich, 3 thin slices of meat and 4 cheese wedges. Veggies had 2 tomatoes and very lightlettuce. I've gotten a better and bigger sandwich from 7-11 for less money. I can't recommend JJ for any reason, their quantity,quality and over price is lacking. Consistently nice people and fast service over the years. Parking lot is small and busy at this location, and only a handful of... tables inside. They do a lot of takeout, delivery and catering here. But I've always been able to get a table when coming here.No complaints. Read more
