Typically love Jersey mike's, I've been to stores in probably four or five states. Ordered the turkey tub online for pickup in... the store no problem with the service. My problem is the portion size is ridiculous I don't think there's 2 oz of lettuce inthis thing and it's supposed to be a salad. The equivalent price for this is $8.45 and I used points and I feel like I reallygot ripped off to be honest with you. I wouldn't mind getting my points back I wish I'd gotten a sandwich now at least I'd havesome bread to eat. I've gotten this exact meal at other Jersey Mike's and it's filled to the brim with the shredded lettuce.This portion is really just ridiculous for the price. Read more
Let me start with I have Celiac Disease and have to eat a gluten free diet. I have been coming to this location for YEARS, to... the point where I am usually greeted on a first name basis, and it has been safe and exceptional customer service and care whenit came to making sure my gluten free order was actually gluten free. Now, there have been new employees hired recently and thelast two times I have come they have NOT taken care with regards to gluten free, wiping down counters, changing gloves. I alsohave received attitude when it came to ordering gluten free from the employee making my sandwich. Today, the customer in frontof me ordered a sandwich with no cheese. The person making the sandwich proceeded to put cheese on it on her bottom bread piece.She brought it to his attention and he removed it and put it in the cooler. Next he was making my sandwich (#7 gluten free forallergy), and used the cheese that he has mistakingly put on her sandwich. When i brough it to his attention, he said "No, itdidn't touch her bread its fine, and kept making my sandwich." I now cannot eat my lunch without risk of being made ill due toan employees neglect. To be honest I was a bit taken back by the prices but, decided to try the portobello sandwich and it was AMAZING and worth every... penny! If you remotely like sandwiches please do yourself a favor visit and enjoy. Read more
