They wouldn?t work with me on taking off some of the meat off the sandwich and was very rude when I asked to the speak to the... manager, A kid came up and told me they cannot modify the sandwich in anyway which is bull because I?ve been to many fire substhat have. I have been coming to this firehouse for years and they have never did me wrong. If they messed up my order they will give you a... free sub next time or will remake it on the spot, very friendly workers, food comes out fast and ready to devour a nice hot sub. Read more
2 stars for inconsistent hours. I came in Wednesday 6/8 and establishment closed at 8 pm for staff shortage. I came in again... Friday 6/10 for the establishment to be closed at 7. I understand the staffing issue but update the hours to reflectaccordingly. Additionally, how do you expect to pay your staff if two sales are missed just on my attempts? Read more
I?ve always had great experiences here, but the manager was not very welcoming to me on this visit. I was not greeted when I... entered but I ignored this as it wasn?t a major deal (originally). However, when my order was taken, she seemed as if it was achore for her to take it and was very condescending about the rewards. A little happiness can go a long way and she sure coulduse it. I was looking forward to a sub but left empty handed, because I do not believe in spending money at an establishmentthat clearly doesn?t care about happy customers.
