This Dunkin is by far the worst I have ever been to. This is the third time that we went there and got breakfast and they did... the entire order wrong. I got two bacon, egg and cheese wraps and they didn?t put any bacon in. Also, my pumpkin spiced lattewas made with vanilla instead pumpkin. Not sure how you can get this wrong. I really think they need to find better people or abetter supervisor for this specific location. Read more
THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME. I was charged twice for something I ordered and when refunded, the woman only refunded the item for... almost two dollars less than what I was charged. I won?t being going to ANY Dunkin ever again. Read more
Worst experience ever today. This is the 4th time in last 2 months. Drive thru window employee gets defensive and loud and when... you mention drink is wrong and food is not yours. Customer Service is poor. No one checks the orders before they are handed tothe customers. Please note, we choose to visit DUNKIN. This place cannot wrap their heads around the fact that when someone orders a bagel with cream cheese, that we actually want... cream cheese on the bagel. I have come to this location countless times with the same order, an everything bagel, double toastedwith double cream cheese. EVERY TIME I receive my order it has barely any enough cream cheese to cover 1/2 of a half. I thenhave to go back and ask for more cream cheese. I?ve talked to a manager about this, asked if there was another way to order sothat it comes the way I want and nothing has resolved the issue. This has been going on for two years. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else on your way to work. Ordered inside because there was no line and you figure if... you?re standing there, they?ll remember to make your order. Wrong. Waited 10 minutes for my order, only to be asked what myorder was, and be given the order incorrectly. I asked them to remake it, then was given the order partially correct. TheMANAGER was also texting on her personal phone while taking my order, unfocused, I had to repeat myself because she was clearlynot paying attention. Went this morning in drive thru around 8am I have trouble letting out my words when I talk and I was ordering and the worker who... told my order asked me to speed it up. He didn?t have a name tag and when I looked at the receipt it was someone else?s name andI?m trying to call and complain about that one individual it keeps saying call failed. I stopped by this location for an afternoon pick me up and to see if they had a pumpkin doughnut, to satisfy my sweet pumpkin... craving and I was surprised! At first I thought it was closed because there was no activity but when I pulled through the drivethru, I was greeted and made my order. The pumpkin donut was fresh, soft, fluffy and smelled divine with all the fall spices!It sure was yummy! The coffee wasn't bad, but for some reason no dunkin in Florida prepares strong coffee, most are prettywatered down. That is more a taste preference but it was drinkable and nothing a little cream did not fix. Read more
I ordered a frozen coffee. Look at the pictures. Need I say more? I received a coffee slushee. PS the associate at the window... was on her personal phone chatting up a storm and carelessly handed me this "frozen coffee". I'll stick to my Winter GardenDunkin' from this point on. Read more
