This location has the longest wait , and for no reason . No one in the parking lot . No line at drive through and you still sit... there waiting for someone to answer . Then finally they answer the person In front of you after waiting and waiting only forthem to tell you to wait and then you wait and wait again . This is unacceptable service . You go somewhere like Dunkin for aquick coffee and breakfast I was waiting for over 10 minutes just for the ordering process. Didn?t even get my food yet .Someone needs to address this and employees there need to care more . This has been my experience on more than one occasion . Ieven called the store twice while sitting there to see why no one was taking orders and they didn?t even answer the store phone. Read more
As I'm writing this I'm sitting in the drive-through line. I've been in this line for 26 minutes. First, I tried to avoid the... 5 car line in front of me by going inside, but had the door closed on me after 2 other patrons exited with their orders. I gotback in line and here I am still waiting. For a coffee. Just 1 hot coffee. And when I ordered, she repeated my order back asiced and with cream only (not what I ordered). I've written this and still waiting. Praying to God that my order is rightbecause God is the only thing that could save this place right now. Unbelievable! 31 minutes now and I'm next. I wish this Dunkin were better. It's the closest to my house and I will occasionally go here from time to time, but everytime I... do I remember why I'd rather avoid it. They are very slow in the drive thru, and I am mostly patient about it but today Ireceived less coffee in my cup after saying no to the whipped cream topping. At other locations I get a full cup when I don'torder whipped cream. And the snackin bacon was 'lackin' in the usual serving size. I frequent Dunkin alot and know the amount ofbacon they usually give. It was definitely a smaller serving this time around. My hasbrowns were cold, and again I love Dunkinbut this time around I was really disappointed. Once I went inside with my young son and asked for a high chair and they didn'tknow where it was. Thats what they told me. The staff is friendly but not sure what is going on everywhere else. The food mixedwith the service brings the atmosphere down and I am not interested in visiting this location anymore despite it being theclosest to my house. 2022 update (Post-Covid): Good for coffee but they never have any food. I've been going there and ordering the same thing... approximately twice a week (out of curiosity more so than anything else at this point) for the last six months. Coffee was okay but my wake up wrap was stale. I had to tear off the impossible to chew stale tortilla and then when I made it... where I could take a bite the cheese was crusty.... as if it had been sitting in a fridge uncovered for days. I literallycouldn't eat it. So disappointed Read more
A customer came in with his cup for a coffee refill or just order a coffee and he want it in his cup . They took it and did it... but I don?t even know if that OSHA compliant. The same spoon they used to mix the coffee was used on his personal cup. What canassure me that cup was even clean. On top of that they took forever for my order and The manager is rude. Read more
This place was packed! The line was super long in the drive through and line inside was long as well. Employees seemed to be... scrambling to keep up. Place was clean. Everyone was nice and hospitable. Food was good. We especially liked the lemonadewith popping bubbles and the avocado toast. Would definitely go back, but I hope the lines mover faster. ???????????? Bagel was not toasted. Asked for extra ice in my cappuccino and it came 2/3 full with 0 ice. The frozen coffee with 1 shot of... hazelnut is overwhelming with hazelnut. Worst experience there ever. Read more
