Service was great and almost always is at this location. The food was wonderful, but the long island?s we ordered were not... great.. it tasted like it was made with expired/bad sour mix. We also ordered 4 (2 for each of us because it was 2-for-1) butnever received our 2nd round (thankfully, because then we didn?t have to drink more of it ????) But we were still charged forall of the drinks. We did get it fixed, but only after I pointed it out to our waiter. Overall not bad! Wish they were openlater, even just on the weekends. Read more
We came here after an event so they were pretty packed with other event-goers but we were tended to quickly and often. We were a... table of 6 and everyone got their food in a pretty timely manner. Our waiter wore a mask and I felt very comfortable as well asthe only one in our party who wears a mask regularly. My bf and I weren't super hungry so we just got a couple of cups of soup,one loaded baked potato, one chicken tortilla, both very good. I've been here many times in my home state and the food there wasalways very spot on as well. Thank you for ruining my lunch and making waste $. The food was tasteless, bland and cold. I picked up at the time given the... chicken didn't even look grilled. Not going back and much less tipping for bad food. 6/2/22 Gave it a try again food was bad.Got a raw steak with blood on the cold fries. I used to go twice or more a week to Chilis. Chili's is always a great place to eat. This one is right off the main road, easy to get to. Clean inside and nice restrooms. ... It did seem they were short staffed but our server was terrific! Even with what's going on, she came over a few times to see ifwe needed anything. The food, as usual, was really yummy! We had the fajita combo with black bean burger and chicken. I hate to be putting this out there when I am a very loyal customer but most people have to know to stay away from this... restaurant. This Chili's was my Go-To spot for all my needs. Everything was great, fast service, the food was piping hot butnow, it's a joke. I go at least once a week and I will NEVER be going back to this specific establishment. Service is a wreck,some foods on the plates come cold and it's just not worth the time. The staff is friendly but that won't be bringing me back. Iwill say that if you DO come to this place ask for the server Alex. He is the BEST around. He is the reason why my wife and Ialways came back. Don't sit in the bar area as you will be waiting FOREVER for your food and probably even get the wrong foodbrought to you or even forgotten. I've given the bar side too many chances and today was the last time. If you want a littlebetter service and credibility, wait the 10 - 20 minutes to sit at the booths on the opposite side. I write this review forthose who don't want a terrible experience and their time wasted like ours was. Kudos to the staff that try to make it work butthis place has gone downhill for far too long. Traveling and stop in for a Togo order because I love Chili's. The worse experience ever. All my food was ice cold I order... triple dipper and the chicken was raw inside. My shrimp pasta was sour and not the correct portion..The mexican chicken therice was hard and broccoli was cold.I order a dessert and the vanilla icecream was not even a full scoop. Restrooms was horribleno toilet paper and no paper towel . I went out and told a team member and no one bother to go in restrooms. Read more
Are you serious Chili's crew? I ordered food and it literally looked like they gave us the leftovers from the restaurant. I've... been visiting Chili's for years and it was my favorite restaurant until today. The food and the presentation was just nasty ???? Lesson learned! Never AGAIN!
