My favorite fine dining experience so far in WP. Owned by Devils Thumb Ranch Resort, the menu features curated cocktails, high... value Wagyu beef, and special options. I had the Bolognese Tagliatelle, which was a generous portion. My spouse had the Lasagna,and out of the four entrees we ordered, this was the best. Our friends enjoyed the Gnocchi and the Papperdelle Borolo. Photosof each attached. For our cocktail we had the Devils Old Fashioned and, wow, that was truly special. Service was great and the venue is nice. Good selection of wines. Came unstuck with the food tho - three of the meals were fine,... but the base of my pizza was burnt; all I could taste was charcoal. They made me another, which tasted great, but everyone elsehad finished by the time I got to eat. Somewhat surprised to be charged for it at the end, but didn't bother to argue. Read more
Great place in Winter Park. Amazing spot right along the river. Service was good, attentive, personable, suggested menu... items. We selected the Charcuterie and Cheese Board for an appetizer and the Vesuvio pizza for main course. Mini cannolis fordessert! Everything was delicious! Highly recommend. Read more
I have dined at Volario’s four times now. Truly 5 stars, excellent food, and excellent and friendly service. The wine list is... comprehensive and worth investigation ????BTW, be absolutely sure to try the Brussel sprouts, you will not be disappointed! Read more
SO yummy. we made a 5pm reservation but I couldn't wait that long to eat (another 30 minutes) so we sat ourselves in the bar... area and checked out their happy hour. was disappointed that only food served before 5pm was HH menu exclusively (we couldn'torder meatballs from main menu), but the HH food was delicious! caprese salad had the freshest mozzarella! and included littlebalsamic ball garnishes! pizza with chicken was also yummy. will have to go back and check out their full dinner menu some time.Cecil our bartender was on point. great conversation and very welcoming. Wow! I loved this place. Quiet, cozy, suitable for gals night out, a birthday dinner, family meal, or romantic evening. Old... world charm. Itallian food in a formerly German food resturaunt. Lovely view of a creek. Warm wood and soft colors abound. Thefood was inexpensive but fantastic! Homemade handmade pasta -- I loved the hand drawn illustrations of the pasta types on themenu -- and super fresh flavors. Excellent rosemary bread appetizer perfectly accented by the balsalmic and oil dip. All of ourdishes were divine: Carbonara - amazing, like brunch for dinner with a PERFECTLY poached egg. Spicy Sausage with a balanced redsauce. Lasagna with ground Waygu beef -- melt in your mouth delicious! Full bar. Nice white wine spritzer was on special thatnight. Can't wait to try it again. Good food and good service. I had the Greens Salad and my husband had a pizza; both were delicious. We ate on the patio on a... perfect summer day. As the evening progressed, it got chilly, and that is when a server turned on the fireplace outside; itcertainly helped! They have cornhole that you can play while waiting for your food. Phenomenal meal Sitting outside by the little stream of water was great with a refreshing Negroni - one of the best I ever had -... learned a magic trick, burn the orange to bring out the citrus flavor! Lasagna was super light and fluffy and the wagyu is anice touch. Our waiter was great, we actually took his number and want to connect next time we are in the area as he teachesskiing!
