Staff completely ignored us, but talked loudly enough for us to hear about how much they wanted to go home. They had one other... customer waiting for food so they were not busy at all. Two employees walked by us and we were never acknowledged, the personworking the drive through sipped his milkshake and yelled for a cashier but they all continued to avoid the counter. So we left,the staff clearly didn't feel like working. There's no excuse for such poor service when the restaurant is practically empty.We'll go to the Wendy's on Cypress Gardens, always good service there. Read more

There was a line of customers at the front counter and not a single employee even looked at us in literally 20 minutes. A woman... finally came to the counter only to grab a couple napkins and cookies for the drive through while yelling cuss words at anotheremployee. I?m very patient and considerate but that is ridiculous. Read more
Took 5 min for someone to take our order, and they allow homeless people to sleep in the dinning area
Easily the worst Wendy's I've been to so far, with the problem being the incredibly long wait time. We waited 10 minutes just to... get our food and the line and time was so long that 3 or 4 cars would leave by the time one person finally got there order. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches plain. The lady read the order back to me wrong. I said "No ma'am just 2 Grilled chicken... sandwiches with nothing on them" she then proceeded to argue about who was correct with the order? Just save your money and gosomewhere else. Pulled in at 9am. I was looking forward to getting out of my car because I'm a Uber driver and was driving for 5 hours already... that morning. Walked up to the door everything is locked.
