Staff completely ignored us, but talked loudly enough for us to hear about how much they wanted to go home. They had one other... customer waiting for food so they were not busy at all. Two employees walked by us and we were never acknowledged, the personworking the drive through sipped his milkshake and yelled for a cashier but they all continued to avoid the counter. So we left,the staff clearly didn't feel like working. There's no excuse for such poor service when the restaurant is practically empty.We'll go to the Wendy's on Cypress Gardens, always good service there. Read more

There was a line of customers at the front counter and not a single employee even looked at us in literally 20 minutes. A woman... finally came to the counter only to grab a couple napkins and cookies for the drive through while yelling cuss words at anotheremployee.
