First time their, had a blueberry smoothie. It was great. However, as I was waiting for my smoothie I was looking at my receipt... and apparently I donated to a charity. The employee that rang me up never asked me if I wanted to round up to donate to acharity, so I was a little shocked. I would have donated more if she would have mentioned anything. Ms. Leelee is fabulous! Her and the girls do an amazing job! They get very busy with a line out the door but if you have 5mins... to spare that line will be taken care of in a matter of minutes with Ms. Leelee assuring that she appreciates your patience. Ok, so when you mess up on an order, you make that a priority. You don't bump that order to the back of the line, making those... people waiting even longer. Every time I get a smoothie from this location, they are always made right. The staff is so friendly. They always make sure my... smoothie is made correctly the first time. If they make a mistake, they are quick to fix it or accommodate. I will continue togo to this location for my smoothies. The mother honor that work there are my favorite workers. They always make sure mysmoothie is accurate and And they make me feel welcome when I come into the store. I'm giving four stars because I love the smoothies but the new people that work at the one on Cypress Gardens, they don't take... the time to read the ingredients. My avocalada had no coconut in it. it tasted different than i usually get it. tasted likewater mixed with kale and avacado. I'm going to watch them make my smoothie next time. Read more
