This used to be my favorite Subway, but they have severely gone down in customer service since moving from Cypress Gardens Blvd.... Why is it so hard to follow directions on a receipt placed through the app? I paid for extra cheese and got only the minimumrequired to be put on a footlong. The subs that were supposed to be hot were cold, and the subs that were supposed to be toasted were not. We tried to call to... resolve this issue, but no-one answered. There were 5 people working, one of them should've be able to correctly make a sub andmaybe one could have answered the phone? Read more
My sandwich artist was Tammara. This girl went above & beyond with her customer service skills, Wowee. Not only did she give me... a coupon to use, but she gave me my vegetables for my 2nd sandwich, on the side. ???? soooo personable. Thank you, Tammara!! Read more

We've ordered from here a handful of times. It's been horrible every time. I prefer the one in walmart but my husband doesn't... like going into walmart so he keeps ordering from this horrendous place. The quality is never constant. They have melt now which is apart the same thing as a sub with extra cheese. I really like the toasted sandwich my husband... didn't like it said it had too much cheese! Which is why I loved it! Service was good though! Read more
There were 4 employees. But the gameplan was 1 person is in the back Chopin and preping, 1 gets the bread, meat, cheese, toast,... 1 add veggies and sauces, 1 at the register. They think it works. But reality is it does not. Person number 1 is a chubby moddyslow girl, bad actitud, 2nd and 3rd person just stand there idle , no productivity causing customers to wait longer than inmost chains. 2nd person was pleasant and did smile. Third person did not smiled or say hi. Just rang up the lunch. 4th personwas chopping things and refilling as need it so 2 out of 4 deserve my praise.
