This place was so bad it was almost comical. When we entered we were ignored while Gavin made an online order. I Realize that... the online order came before us, but we should have been acknowledged. The store has a sign on the front door requiring masksbut Gavin wasn't wearing one for our entire visit.We ordered 2 sandwiches my girlfriends sandwich had tomatoes that were eitherthawed from frozen or going bad. We waited a good while after our pick up time. The gentleman said they were short staffed......he was working alone.... Unacceptable on the owner side but acceptable on the employee side. The employee was trying to be as speedy as possible butthere was a line and more than a few online orders. Overall the employee did great but management was lacking. Read more
