Only 2 employees working the line. Had us stand in line and wait when it was our turn with no one behind us so they could make... call in orders. I understand they have to be made too.. but still.. we were there ready to order and had other things to dothat day. Not the best customer service, the lady who came out of the back when we were asking for a Togo lid was really rudeand short. They were more worried about getting a future inspection then doing their job properly. Maybe they shouldn't gettipped off when an inspection is coming so they can do things properly all the time. I will never go back to this location again. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. Plus they are very stingy on the meal... portions. Might as well be feeding a child. I went to another Moe's location Tuesday. Better service and meal portions. I'll gothere from now on. Read more

The last time I'm going there. Service was fine, but the cost wasn't worth what I got. Couldn't order rice instead of beans on a... Steak Stack, and they were really cheap with the add-ons and I only got 5 chips with my meal. I felt ripped off. Read more

The workers at this Moe's are incredible and they do an amazing job, despite the inhumane temperatures they have to work in. We... walked outside after dining in today and it was hotter inside than outside. My weather app says it's 86 outside. I can't imaginehow hot it is for them standing over stove tops. For reference, this wasn't a one time issue. We've visited probably 10 timesand it's always just as hot. Read more

Would have rated this Moe's a 5 star experience, if it wasn't for a bad delivery experience earlier in the week. This week was... my #birthday week. Many restaurants give loyalty/club members a free food item or discount during the birthday week or month. Myreward from here was a FREE burrito. As a vegetaria, I ordered the Tofu Homewrecker burrito. They jammed packed it with seasonedMexican rice, tofu, Shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. I even added a little heat with bits of jalapeño. Therewas no wait so the ordered was fast and they honored my birthday coupon even though I had redeemed it for the delivery I neverreceived on Tuesday. Decided to stop here after a day at legoland. Staff is very friendly. The second we opened the door they yelled welcome to moes.... Kids cheese quesadilla was very cheesy and kid approved. Burrito was fully stuffed and nicely rolled. It held toppings in untilthe last bite. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. A good place for a quick inexpensive, but quality place to eat ifyou are in mood for nachos or burritos. Oh the nachos are 10 star worthy. Excellent !! Read more
