Completely messed up my order through the drive thru and they weren?t even busy. I should?ve checked the order before driving... away but they forgot two sides and didn?t even give us the right food. I tried to call but apparently they can?t answer thephone. Read more
ordered 2 bowls through doordash with no issues and went to pick it up and was interuppted rudely by some woman on the intercom... saying cancel the order in an awful tone then wouldnt respond after i asked why. had another coworker then talk to me nicelysaying it was due to the hurricane. Definitely one restaurant to avoid in Winter Haven, there are much better ones, with shorter waiting times. You usually get to... see the people who cook, but there?s often nobody at the front desk, after a 5 minute wait they will come out of their littleroom next to the desk, and take an order, in a very unfriendly-rude manner. Everybody here always looks like they?re scared oftheir manager, which seems to be pretty mean to the cooks and people who prepare the food, and in general the atmosphere in thisrestaurant seems very negative. Worse food ever!! I ordered the tenders and fries. When I picked it up it was cold. Sent it back. They gave me a fresh?... batch and it was hot but hard as rock, unedible. The biscuit was hard as a rock. Everything was terrible. Read more

Jan bought lunch for everyone today. The Colonel never lets us down.
We went thru the drive thu. I think there were only three people working, and that was all I could see. The line was wrapped... around the building. One person had a bag passed out the window, and everyone had to drive around to the front of the building.After about 10 minutes waiting behind other cars waiting in front (not counting the wait to get to the window), a young guy withdreads, a black, t- shirt, black jeans, no apron and looked dirty over all. He took two bags to the two first cars telling us topull forward. After another 10 minutes, he game back out to confirm our order. We gave him our ticket and off he went. A coupleof minutes later, he came back, gave us our bag, and took off. My husband had to go in the store to get sporks and napkins andask for wipes they didn't have. The food was hot and dripping with greece. We used all our napkins to sop up the Greece beforewe could eat it. Good food without the greece, but overall, it's been better. Read more
