I love their wings, I always get my food delivered so idk about their costumer service and what not but their food is awesome
Horrible service, MORE THAN ONCE. Messy and food was COLD and musty.
First, last and only time I choose to engage in business with this establishment. I will not go down to their level of service,... food or professionalism but as a consumer, remember, you choose who's business to support and how do you allow to be treated,especially when other options are available. Called what i thought was a Wing Specialty Restaurant only to find out: "ITS JUST CHILI'S" which has been a horrible... experience on both of my last 2 visits. Honestly not sure why so many other reviews are negative. I had no issues with customer service. I had to wait a few minutes, as... Chili's is handling their own orders as well as orders for Just Wings. But my food was hot and fresh so I have no problemwaiting. Fries were crispy, wings have a great flavor. My only complaint is I wish they were fried harder. Other than that,great value for what you pay, especially with wing prices going up. Similar to a Wing Stop experience, but for the price, Iprefer Just Wings. Read more
