I call at 9:45 to place an order and they say they close at 10pm but really they are walking out the door at 10pm, meaning they... stop serving or taking food orders at 9:30. You advertise that you close at 10pm, NOT open until 10pm. There?s a big difference. Read more
Received the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in years for merely asking a question. I can suggest to remove... rude and disrespectful employees (aka Holly) from the window if they don?t know how to conduct themselves appropriately. It?salready hard being black in America so when I threatened to call corporate amd attempted to record them, they threatened to calllaw enforcement so I left before giving those hateful spirits a piece of my mind! We had a special training night in our dojo with visitors from Southern Florida, Canada and Arizona. The vote was for pizza. I... went in the day before and placed the order. Lazy people work here. I called at 9:45pm to order. On the company website it says this location closes at 11pm. I?m a RN so I... get off late and don?t always have time to cook something. I didn?t get a break today because I was caring for others and thiswas the closest place open to me. SMH. And these are the same people fighting for more money, for what so you can continue to belazy a give terrible customer service? I would understand if you were actually closed but everything from the front door of thebusiness to online says you close at 11pm. I liked when the cheerful young girl worked there. It took 45 minutes to order after going through a call center that couldn't procees two cards. Finally was able to actually... order and the card went through after talking to the store.
