I ordered the Family Pleaser which come with a 3 topping large pizza, cheese bread & a 2 liter soda. I sent my son in law to get... it for me & I told him exactly what it comes with. They told him it came with a 20 ounce drink. He told them it was to be a 2liter, they told him no I was wrong, it?s a 20 ounce!!!! This place is trash . Takes 2 hours to get a pizza delivered and is cold and inedible upon arrival . Happened multiple times and... will not be ordering from here again. This location must retrain staff and management. Read more

I stopped ordering from Papa John?s because they?re customer service and timeliness was terrible. This location has had my... (kids) business every other week for a year or so. For the first time my delivery was running later than usual (normally early).Even Though it wasn?t yet late, I got a call informing me it was running late and offered a free 2 liter for the inconvenience.Honestly, I think it was only 20 minutes later than what the online estimate said and it?s not even about the free soda. So a few years ago I had rated this place a 2 because the service and reasonable delivery times just were very lacking. Since... Mike and now Richard took over as GM I have see the store do a complete turn around in delivery times, food quality and customerservice. I have not had a single issue since Richard took over and he definitely goes above and beyond to make sure hiscustomers are happy. I am sure that things happen from time to time but I know that he is very quick to make it right and isvery passionate about the store and the quality of the food that goes out. I have run several restaurants in my time and thechanges are very apparent in a very positive way! Read more
