Buying a car near by and as anyone knows its an all day affair. Had to take a break for lunch. Ordered my usual market salad... with light Italian dressing. The ingredients were fresh and the chicken cooked perfect. Service was quick, polite and friendly.Prices reasonable. Tons of seating. Read more
Don't pay extra for large fries because you only get as many as a medium would hold. This location has turned to a reliably bad... experience every time. Personally I?ve had great experiences with every visit at this chick fil a. You?ll probably have to wait a while in the drive... thru, which is 100% understandable given the fact that it?s the only chick-fil-a in town so it is always extremely busy. Butthey get the line moving relatively quickly. And the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. After trying the spicy chickensandwich, I understand the hype now! Read more
First time I went I got food poisoning, decided to give them a second try since they were remodeling and very short staffed the... first time. But the 2nd time I went there i experienced unpleasant customer service when i asked one employee a simple questionabout the menu, she answered me and then turned around and repeated my question to another employee and they smirked/laughed (itwas question regarding their smoothies). There are only two things that I didn't like and they were nothing to do with food or service. I distain ordering kiosks and the... newer building is just too small. Now the GOOD points. Service personnel inside were quite above average. One of thecooks/manager came out and HELPED us. That was surprising. He asked how he could help modify an order and then put our order ona table for us as we were getting our drinks. There was another server/cashier that helped us poor old folks help at the kiosk.The food - was correct and OK. Good people help make a good experience. Read more

Most CFA's are awesome. However, this store needs to hire a lot more people because sitting in a drive-thru for 30 minutes, not... at peek time is way too long! Leads likely need to be retrained in efficiency as well. Read more
