First it was shocking to go to order my food and learn that I was talking to a robot... Then I am highly allergic to onions and... made sure to order all my sandwiches with no onions. There were onions on all of them. Then I had ordered my niece a strawberryshake with her meal and was given a soda. When I asked for the shake the girl at the window said she'd have to go check myticket to make sure thats what I ordered. I spent $50 something on food, it was embarrassing that the lady would act like Iwould try to steal a medium milkshake. We asked for 2 buffalo sauces, ketchup and a ranch. She then told us that the next timewe came we would be charged for the sauces. What do sauces cost?? .30¢ to .50¢ each?? I'll make sure to have my .90¢ to $1.50with me. Read more
Ordered the bbq bacon mother cruncher no lettuce and got a chicken patty with bacon bits. Also I said no lettuce and the reply... via intercom was that it doesn't come with lettuce but in the picture it has lettuce. Update to 3 stars because my girls orderwas fine. Read more
HORRIBLE. Do not order from here through Uber Eats unless you want soggy and stone cold food. Waisted over $20 in 2 burgers... that were looking as if they were pulled from a kids menu. They should advertise properly???????? Wish that I was in KarenMode. Read more
The food was decent and the fries weren't to salty tasting this time. The only complaint I have is that the last 2 visits they... forgot one thing and when I tried to call when i got home and noticed no one answered which I found weird because I have seenthem abswer the phone when getting our order from the window and I wasn't going to drive 15 min back to the restaurant forchicken bites or a ???? ??????? our loss! First and last visit! I waited 20 MINUTES in the online order line. I was the only car there, while the drive through and walk... up orders kept moving. I FINALLY get my (apparently complicated) order of 3 tenders and a large fry. Got home and the fries wereonly half full and cold. Read more
It's unfortunate that some restaurants just don't live up to the hype of their sister locations!! I LOVE a good checker burger... with hot, fresh fries!! I love it even more when the burger actually has a burger patty on it!!! Fries were so cold, greasefilled and soggy they had taken on the shape of the cup they were stuffed into. I filed a fry bomb claim and tried to reach thestore with no answer to chat with them directly. Spend the time and go to Havendale Checkers. Read more
This was the BEST Checkers I've ever been to, we went out there for Thanksgiving evening and needed a late night snack and the... drive thru giver was very pleasant food was fresh. Then we just left on Friday at 3:33pm and Brianna was super nice and patientwith us for our large order with two cars prior to going back home and the food was fresh she was the sweetest cashier I've seenin quite some time.
