I went to this location and waited in line for 20 minutes after ordering to receive my food only to get an undercooked burger,... no sauce for any of my nugget orders, and no marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks. After calling the restaurant over thecourse of 20 minutes with not response, I give up. Read more
It took a long time for my food to come out and I was the only one in the drive thru and they had me pull up, I hate that. If... you want your drive thru time to look good then get the orders out fast. Tried to order in the drive through 6-18-22 & was rudely yelled at telling me to come inside because the register was down, no... hello or may l take your order. It was pouring down rain & that was my reason for using the drive through & if they could takemy order inside then surely they could accommodate me in the drive through. I'll admit its been a long time since visiting BK... and I was extremely disappointed in my order. My mother and I got the "Big... King" meal special.. as well as 2 big fish sandwiches and had to wait nearly 10minutes along with 4 cars ahead of us waiting aswell (i don't mind the waiting really i can be patient) but the "big king" burger was so tiny it looked like a regularcheeseburger & was near half the size of the "big fish"... if I knew the burger was going to be that small i would have justordered a whopper. At least the fries were hot. I guess i just don't understand why a burger would be named "big" when its atiny burger. :/ Read more
Nice and clean location, staff was polite and friendly. Our food came out pretty fast and was good with no complaints. This... store is set up nicely. The only somewhat negative comment I have is the new $1 tacos are not all that great but it is BurgerKing ;) Read more
I'm going to quit visiting this Burger King!! Every time I go the wait time is ridiculous, you go through the drive thru and... they ALWAYS ask you to pull over, and make you wait 7+ min (no matter if the store is empty). Today I waited 10 min, I had to goinside to get my order and went back to get straws, because as always they forgot. These Fast foods lack of good service. Iprefer paying more and go to Chick Fil A.
