First of all the lady in the drive through was really rude. Second of all I doubles checked the screen to make sure everything... on my screen is correct. Get home to find out they completely messed up my order and my fries and nuggets were cold. Third triedcalling them to notify them and there phone apparently doesn?t work. I love thus Wendy's!! Quick service and order made to please. Clean and well run. When they are super busy, your order is... brought out to you. It may take a minute or two, but it's worth the wait. Read more
Please watch your TOTALS !!!! THE PRICE BOARD IS WRONG THEN THE PRICES ON SCREEN. I had 2 bad experiences there , shame on me... for going back the 2nd time. The first time I noticed the price was off and I honestly didn't pay attention to the price total, I just looked at the food order itself . I thought the price was $1.49 asked employee who was just so rude , her attitude anddeminer was just terrible. I wasn't going back and forth so I just got my food and left. My next visit I noticed it was $ 1. 49 on the board and being charged $1.69 . I took a picture of the board and pulled up to the same attitude from the same girl???? Asked for the manager about the prices and she said " do you want them or not , I'm not changing anything " She did notwant to give her name. Read more
Food is delicious, but service and attention to detail was lacking. I ordered 3 sandwiches without pickles , lettuce, etc and... added cheese to my chicken sandwich (which I paid for). All my sandwiches did not come the way I ordered them and I didn?tcheck until I got home. Very frustrating when you ask for something a specific way and someone does take the extra couple ofseconds to make sure it comes out correct. I also was not given receipt. Mistakes happen but this was just simply quantityover quality of service. I will sit in the drive-through and check all of my sandwiches before leaving next time, no matter howlong it takes. Ordered 3 meals. When I got home. Only thing was in the bag was the nuggets. Lots of ketchup. No sandwiches or fries. I was... not happy. I did call them and they did accommodate me with three meals missing the drinks. Over all I know mistakes aremade. $2 for a year's worth their frosty's was definitely a good promotion and I highly recommend it and it's smart because I couldn't... resist buying a Burger while I was there. UPDATED... It really depends on who is working but there are better lat nightemployees at Wendy's than McDonald's and 100% better than BK!! Read more
Wendy's has extremely compromised the quality and integrity of their product. It used to be my go to instead of McDonald's who... continually disappoints. Anyway when I opened my wrapper to see my burger it looked like the bun had been stepped on orsquished. More than poor presentation. I was instantly reminded of why I go to Culver's now a block over. Not sure if I'll begoing back. The only thing that saved this experience was the fries. I may give it another shot but this was reallydisappointing. Read more
