The food was good as normal, but the waiters attitude was abysmal. When he was taking our order at the register, he was... literally leaning on the counter, as if he was tired and just didn?t care. Still haven't found any authentic TEX Mex in Florida, perhaps the name itself is a clue. This is pretty darn good though. Chips... are crunchy, could be thinner. Placed an online order, i showed up at the correct time and order was not ready, had to wait an additional 20 minutes. This place truly has gone downhill over the last few years where all of the great employees and managers are no longer there. it... was really bad the other day. It seemed the only person working was the gentlemen behind the counter taking our orders. Therewas no one there customer wise at 1130 on a Thursday, no one (see picture- my fiend is in picture he had to go get a refillhimself while employees chatted with each other) with the exception of the employees in the back yelling and chatting and thetaller black employee that was yelling to the people in the kitchen from where we were eating then just chilling at a table forthe entire duration we were there. The reason why I am writing this, is because we asked the employee for a drink, that wasright in front of us yelling at the other employees, and he wouldn?t even acknowledge our existence and walked away after mysenior friend asked kindly ?excuse me? 3 times. When we left we passed 2 employees who couldn?t even muster the courtesy to stoptheir personal chatter and look at us and say anything. Don't order delivery from here because they NEVER get it right. Called to let them know and night manager has a real attitude... problem - loud, obnoxious and enjoys talking over you. Said they would refund missing item, never did. This location used to bemuch better. 4 items to stick in a bag, trained seals could do better. Read more
