Maybe I'll go back and try again , but this place was a wreck. SLOW service , upset Uber eats delivery people were at the... counter asking constantly for their order , and they were in the middle of a upgrade or something so no signage, dirty bathroomand the staff was scrambling the entire time just to get food to the drive though customers. During lunch hour and taking a bewak from work. A car line waiting for drive thru was immediately shut down without noticed. We... car pooled to this place waiting for 20 mins, reaching the speaker and they said no longer accepting orders. It's barely 12:30and they are no accepting order. This Taco Bell was so bad a few months ago, I would go for breakfast and they never had food. Much better now. Must have new... management. Taco Bell breakfast is the best fastfood breakfast if u never tried it, by the way. AM crunch wrap & cinnabun balls! Read more

Horrible customer service and if I could give this place 0 stars, I would!!! They advertise that they open at 8. I placed an... order on my app, showed up around 8:20, and when into the drive-thru where I was told they would be open in about ten minutes!! Ten minutes later, I go through the drive-thru again and was told they were out of the item I had ordered, so I selected asubstitute. When I get to the window, I'm told to pull forward near the front door and the order would be brought to me. Ipulled forward, waited another FIFTEEN MINUTES, and no one came out!! At that point, I attempted to go through the drive-thru athird time, and when I did so, a young lady with long braids came out and said she had been looking for me. When I pulled outof the drive-thru, she proceeded to walk back towards the building and told me she wasn't giving me my food and to call someoneelse!!! It's bad enough that it took 30 minutes to get food, but to be given that type of attitude and not being served the foodI paid for is completely unacceptable. That woman should be relieved of her job duties IMMEDIATELY!!! I have reported thisto Taco Bell customer service and will proceed to take legal action if this isn't resolved. Read more
Quite frankly, this is the worst Taco Bell on earth, unless you prefer to not get your entire drive thru order, don?t want to... pay with a card, and enjoy minty Diet Pepsi. If that yours thing, this place is unmatched. If you, however, prefer normal TacoBell things, avoid this location at all costs. They?re consistently bad at being Taco Bell. The worst experience ever. I placed an online order, and when I opened my order it was incorrect. First the bag was soaked... through, next none of the tacos were what I paid for. I then called the store and spoke with Miss. Maddie, she was extremelyhelpful and asked me if I could return. When I returned, a young lady who was making the tacos began to raise hell about how theorder wasn?t wrong and how I as the customer most likely messed it up. She kept ranting out loud about how customers need tostop complaining and wanting stuff to be remade. I felt extremely bad for Miss. Maddie, having to deal with such a young andimmature young lady.
