We placed an order online last night. We ordered steak and instead received chicken. Sent an email to explain what happened.... Stephen Pryor the Franchisee, emails me back this morning. His email was to solely make sure that we were ?aware? of thedifferent types of meat they have at Subway and to make sure we were ?aware? of what meat we ordered with our sandwich. Iwouldn?t have sent an email if the order was correct. The fact that management felt the need to respond to my email to notreally apologize, but to blame the customer for thinking they didn?t know the difference between steak or chicken is absurd!Definitely won?t be ordering from Subway ever again! I?m not coming back. I asked for lots of certain toppings as you can see it was barely any, they didn?t toast my son?s sub after... they suggested it. They seemed annoyed and hesitant to give more or even some toppings. Read more
Ordered a veggie delight, this was the saddest sandwich I've ever seen! I ordered online, picked it up on my way home. When I... opened it i was extreamly disappointed. There was basically cheese,unripe tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. It was half of thesandwich I ordered and paid for. It's a simple sandwich how could anyone mess it up?! Thankfully I had mustard and mayo at home.Should of just made it myself and skipped subway all together! I dont understand why kids meals are no longer offered at this location. I now have to order subs larger than my kids can eat,... which are more expensive, and are ultimately a waste of food. I tried to have a "grilled cheese" made and while the worker triedhis best, my son wouldn't even touch this, understandably. Read more
Mediocre subs, at best. I ordered a subway melt only to not have the cheese melted at all. We ordered online and it basically... pointless to do so because you still have to fill Your own drinks and get your own chips. Also there is still no curbsidedelivery at this location. Read more
Always great wraps and sandwiches. The sandwich artists are always very nice and attentive. The cleanliness of the dining room... is what drops this to 3 stars. That and the fact that they are always out of sweet tea when we start to eat or are wanting torefill. We keep coming back but we would greatly appreciate clean tables and floors, and a sweet tea refill. Read more
Nothing wrong with this Subway. It's a Subway. It has the same menu as every other Subway. The staff is fine. This is in a... quiet area of Winter Garden and is rarely busy, so if you want a Subway and you want it fast with no chance of a line, this isyour best bet. It is clean and the staff was not rude. First of all, the website was glitching and would not allow us to place an online order. Second, the bread selections were... between white and wheat only. Extremely disappointed with the quality and we did not "eat fresh". The bread was tough andinedible around the edges on both our toasted and non toasted sandwiches. My son's sub was a total mess when we opened it upand there was more mayonnaise on the outside than the inside. I can't place my finger on it, but there was somethingdefinitely not right with the taste of my sweet onion chicken teriyaki.
